Growing up has never offered more possibilities

Making decisions about your future is exciting – but when there are so many routes to take, it can be hard to know which one is right for you.

Even if you already have a destination in mind, you still need to build a solid pathway to give you the best possible chance of getting there.

We can help you explore your options, work out what really motivates and inspires you, and harness your strengths to embrace your next steps with confidence.

When there isn't one obvious next step

Subject choices. A levels. University courses. Apprenticeships. Careers. Gap years.

Should you follow something you're good at or something you love? What if you don’t know what you want to do yet?

When everyone around you has an opinion, it can become surprisingly difficult to work out which choices are actually yours.

We give you somewhere to think out loud with someone who isn't your parent, teacher or friend. We’ll ask good questions, challenge your thinking when it needs challenging and help you look realistically at your options.

We won't tell you which path to take. We'll help you become clearer about choosing it for yourself.

What we can work on together

Finding direction

Understanding your strengths, interests, values and what motivates you.

Exploring your options

Thinking through subjects, university, courses, careers and other routes without being overwhelmed by the options.

Putting yourself in a strong position

Turning an idea into practical next steps — whether that's researching opportunities, building experience, preparing an application or making the most of the time you have.

Confidence for what comes next

Building confidence in your decisions, recognising what you bring and becoming more comfortable taking ownership of your direction.

You don’t need to have the answers before we start. Working out the right questions is part of the process.

And for parents too

One of the hardest parts of parenting a young person is knowing when to guide, when to step back and when to be present.

As teenagers move towards greater independence, your role changes too. We can help you think through how to support the decisions ahead without making those decisions for them.
